I did the same, paid for a 1 day subscription and ended up being charged multiple times. I tried to cancel it through email which got me nowhere. So, I decided to ring the customer support line and the operator on the other end cancelled it all for me, including the subscriptions that I didn’t even know about. I got email confirmation to clarify what had been cancelled and was told that the money should be deposited back into my account. Because of the amounts was for a monthly subscription, I don’t get that back but will not be charged after the month wraps, which I can deal with. I will be closely monitoring my account just in case. Any issues I would say talk to someone on the phone, because email gets you nowhere.
