Bought shirts and pants, received pants in the wrong color they said they would send me new ones in the right color.

Wore pants of the right color and they developed a hole in less than 8 hours of normal wear with minimal movement.

Called to complain said they would send a new pair of pants, told them not to bother I would return everything, because the shirts weren't even the ones I ordered.

Told me they would send me a shipping label. And I did and as insurance filed a dispute with my credit card. They just called me today to say they are going to challenge that because what I ordered says no refund even though in two places, on my invoice and their website, they have an unconditional money back garuntee.
