I just received a call today twice on my cell phone saying I had a lawsuit filed against me, and he could not tell me the details and for me to call the same number and speak to a person named Danny Archer/ The US Dept of Legal Affairs Us Treasury Office.
I told him I what lawsuit, I didn't receive a letter in the mail pertaining to a lawsuit that would be the legal procedure and he hung up the telephone. I didn't call the number I laughed I knew it was a scam, so, I looked up the name he gave the dept of legal affairs us treasury and saw the scam links about this person or company posing as the us treasury office.
