hi,my wife paid £4.95 for what we thought was a free trail for garcinia cambogia tablets. one bottle arrived a few weeks later. which have never been opened as my wife had read that due to her ill health it wasn't advisable for her to take them.
We didn't know that they expected us to cancel,as we didnt know we had commited ourselves to getting a bottle each month..
Last week we noticed that the company had taken £89.95 from our bank account on the 27th may 2014.. then again on the 11th June & again on the 24th June (THE 1ST TIME WE NOTICED THE MONEY MISSING WAS THE 11TH JUNE... can someone please please help us get our money back, we have no problem returning the tablets. my wife has been frantic trying to contact the company but to no avail.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
