I applied for the "free" sample because there were only 10 left on June 16, 2014. I only had 5min and then this offer would be gone. That was the first lie! The free sample was offered with the only amount you paid was shipping of $4.95. So it's not free! I got my samples nothing to write home about I've used them they're o.k. Well I received my bank statement today, WHAT A SHOCK!! Since I ordered both the Splendyr and the Levelacler, I have two charges for shipping at $4.95 each, and my free sample products were each $89.95! So two charges on my statement for $89.95 each! I did NOT authorize either of these charges and I was HOT!! I called the number off my statement, customer service, explained my situation, spoke to a Nicole and she started telling me about the terms and conditions on the order form on line! I did not see one! I asked her where it was she said it was there. I told her I WILL NOT accept anymore orders and my account better be credited ASAP!! She told me no problem, it would be done in 2-3 days. I will be going to the bank Monday to file a complaint so they will get my money back right then and so they cannot touch my account again! I will never order anything again online!! This is a scam!
