Purchased a voucher for a one-night stay at the Algonquin, Sundays only, w breakfast and cocktails for two. Blackout date was 12/7/14; good between 5/4/14 and 5/3/15. Called hotel; no record of such a deal. Would not honor it. Wrote LS; received word that it had expired (this was not true) and that it could only be used as a discount, which is worthless to me bec I would never have otherwise traveled up on a Sunday. It will cost me 3x more to use it this way, bec the hotel is a 400+ dollar/night hotel. I believe this was fraud. Voucher no was 1000201825153 (4/30/14).
