I received a pair of Nikes from newcomeshoes.com that are fraudulent. They have zero authenticity and are nothing like the shoes pictured online. After receiving the shoes, I went online to retrieve return instructions, to no avail. Conveniently, the instructions were nowhere to be found. I reached out to “Mia” on April 21, 2014 via email. She emailed me on Friday April 11, 2014 to advise me of the tracking number for my purchase. As of today May 15, 2014, she has not returned my emails requesting return instructions. I sent an email to [email protected] inquiring about return instructions also on April 21, 2014. No response as of today’s date. On April 22, 2014, I again emailed nikefreeonline2012@hotmail to ask for return instructions. I also advised that if I did not receive a response, I would proceed with a report to the Federal Trade Commission. No response has been received.
To date, June 11, 2014, I emailed the payment center to advise them of the fraudulent activity of a company for which they are (were) processing payments. After this move, I actually received a response from newcome shoes. “Mia” emailed me back. She told me she could offer me a 30% refund. I declined the offer. The last offer was a 60% refund. Still no deal. I requested 100% refund. The site has a tab which indicates a possible return policy, but the return info is not listed.
I want to return their merchandise for a full refund. They are peddling fraudulent merchandise and must be stopped.
