I booked a flight with Cheapflight-air.com from Johanesbourg to Cairo for $549. They said credit card method of payment was out of order and the only option to obtain the e-ticket was to use Bank Wire. I did. They confirm the e-ticket after 12 hours as promissed.
I showed up at the airport to find out there is no reservation with my first name, last name or passport number. It was extremely chaotic I ended up buying a ticket for $800 since it was last minute. I email this company several messages...no reply. I called their office in Poland and Istanbul...no one answer the line. Now I believe that my money is gone for good. How is that even possible these unethical company are operating on line with all these complaints that started Mar 2014??? Any thoughts of how to get our money back? anyone...
