This Person has been Scamming People charging them thousands of Dollars in order to make their Mortgage Loan or Auto car Loan go threw I believe this started back in 2007 not sure what month but I believe this has been going on for quite sometime their home got Repoed back in 2007 because Joe Rodriguez is he's a crook, he was working for the Victoria's Home Development in Calexico Ca.(92231) since 2004 he got fired because he was helping Enciso, Enciso was a Calexico Copp then all of a sudden Joe Rodriguez was fired for selling Home Loans & auto loans to people that didnt qualify....
