I received e=mail offering 14 day trial(last chance) One per household. If I did not like their product I simply had to call and cancel. If they did not hear from me they would bill my credit card 45 days from order date. I received 2 bottles in one package in about 5 days. I called ad told them and they said I had ordered under to different names and two different e-mail addressess. When I explained I had called the order in, they told me they only take orders via net. I went to their web page and right at top it said to order Call 1800xxxxxxx, I have called three times. Always, more excuses. The last one after I got my credit card statement a few days ago and they have had charged my account twice with shipping charges of $3.19 & $4.28 (10/2/11) and $97.41(10/16)&$97,41(10/17). They are refusing to reverse charges even though when I called after receiving 2 orders I cancelled and they said no problem and they would cancel. I have found several other similiar complaints on interenet. Each person told me same song and dance like they were reading cue cards. This is a total scam.
