the first day was October 26, 2011. This "fake" company continued through October 27, 2011 to try and debit my account first the amount was for .5 cents, and then they tried to take out .01,.03, .05. when that didn't work, then they waited a day and tried to put it through as a credit. The same way as they did as a credit, first with .01, then .03, then .05,That didn't work either. So now the whole account is frozen. The account they were trying to use was my fiances account. All i used it for was cashing my checks. So that makes it that much worse. So not only were they trying to steal everything we had in the account it's fraud on two people. We had used a sight for a loan that we talked to someone then had been directed to a website to finish the process. I had permission to use the account and now our bank is charging us for the fees. They reversed some of them, but our information is in the hands of god only knows who now. This is why people have crappy credit scores and why people don't trust anyone. I really wish something can be done about this. This has been done to me and my fiance twice now. We have never been repaid or had anything done about it. It just went against us and we got screwed over. I'm hoping now i can and will find some resources to get something back from this.
