ON JUNE 9TH, £101. WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BY CLASSIC LIVING UK. AGAIN ON JULY 2ND £151.55 WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT BY POUNDSAVERCARD. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW I BECAME INVOLVED WITH THESE COMPANIES, I DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THEY ARE.THIS HAS ONLY HAPPENED SINCE I BOUGHT IEMS FROM THE TV SHOPPING CHANNEL IDEAL WORLD. MY BANK HAS TOLD ME THAT THESE COMPANIES ARE CONNECTED TO THE SHOPPING CHANNEL. I CANNOT CONTACT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE ASKING FOR MEMBERSHIP NUMBERS, WHICH OF COARSE I DONT HAVE. WHEN I CANNOT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION THEY END THE CONVERSATION. HOW CAN I STOP THESE PEOPLE TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT? I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO TO STOP THEM. MY BANK HAS TOLD ME THAT EVEN IF I CANCEL MY BANK CARD AND GET A NEW ONE, THEY WILL STILL BE ABLE TO GET MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH THE OLD CARD DETAILS. SURELY THIS IS FRAUD, SO WHY SHOULD THEY BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH IT. PLEASE HELP!!
