They lies about the Cashback deal...I bought the $10 Cashback coupon for Cold Storage. and 7 days after uploading the receipt online, they claimed that the receipt has fail to reach their end and get me re-submit again. Then I reloaded the receipt and confirm with email that the claim is well taken care off and should expect to get refund within 14 days. Thereafter, I still have not got the refund and when contact the customer service. They said the same story...my application has not received and I need to resubmit on line...then when I log in, I realised such a long delay at the refund which cause the cashback already expiry...
They really tried to eat your money by lieing so many times...feel shamed on them...making money in such an undermeans.
