I sent them my zenith watch back in 2010 and am only just hearing about this lawsuit now! I sent it to them in august which they insured for $2,600 and did not get any response from and emails or phone calls after they sent me the conformation that they had received it! I honesty don't know what to do now because I don't know if the lawsuit is still on going. I just want my watch back
