SKYPE: customerdesk101. I bought 2 iphones plus 1 for free as offered for €700,- money needed to be send by moneygram. After confirmation needed to pay €374,- for Due and Insurance. Again by monegram. Both send to mrs Gemma Smith at the same company. Payment again confirmed but with next email: Hello,
Sorry for taking a while before getting back in touch with the status of your package. It was due to some unforeseen circumstances we had with the delivery company.
Your insurance payment has been confirmed by the Accounting Department and your package has subsequently been cleared for delivery.
However, the courier service, does not ship less than 9 units. We were told it is their Company Policy. So we had a total 9 units Apple iphone 5s 32gb Unlocked shipped to you in your location.

You have already made the payment for 2 units Apple Iphone 5s 32gb. Thus, you will have to make balance payment for the outstanding 4 units iphones.
The remaining 3 units iphones are FREE.
Thus, you are to make the balance payment for the remaining 4 units iphones (1,400 eur) promptly before the delivery date (8th July, 2014) with the same information (GEMMA SMITH) you used in making the initial payment to avoid the shipment being put ON-HOLD with the shipping company until the confirmation of the payment.

IMPORTANT : Do effect this payment as soon as possible to avoid the package being put ON-HOLD.

However, understand that we have a binding contract with RAPID DESPATCH LOGISTICS LTD, U.K which ensures they deliver the full 9 units mobile phones package ( 9x iphone 5s 32gb unlocked).
They are a very effective delivery service in the UK.
That is the main reason we patronise them on your package.
As you can track your order online, your package is already ON TRANSIT to you in your location and It will be delivered to you on the said date (08 / July / 2014).
If it is not duly delivered on 8th, July 2014, it may involve the Customs and be seized.
In order to avoid the customs involvement, the only solution is for you to make the payment (1,400 euros) before the delivery date to avoid your package be put on hold.
You will not have to pay for any other duty & insurance for the 9 units mobile phones as the already paid duty/insurance fee (373.99 euro) covers for the whole package.
And remember, it is refundable upon the delivery of the whole package.
