Yesterday, (Thursday) 3rd of month of July (DXB time), Ms. Lisa Miller from Canadian Visa Expert called me up in my mobile number. She introduce her self first and told me she saw my registration in there website. I told her yes I remember that I viewed your website. And she said Yes we will help you to pursue your career in Canada but first can I have some few question in you and your professional career. I said ok. I told her all that she asked me. Afterwhich she told me do know about IELTS? I told her no. It is a test where we can help in your assessment. (Same story with the previous complaint) and suddenly she told me I should pay 759 USD one time payment, I told her no I don't have enough money. She asked me if I have credit card, I answered no I have only debit card and starting asking the 6 digits from the left to confirm if I can use my debit card. (I began to share all my details in my debit card) and she ask me if I am willing to pay it now that very moment at first I am refusing then she told me it is fine we will just try if your bank will approve the said amount. Then I told ok then. After the transaction, she told me 380 USD was approved by your bank and you have remaining 379 USD balance on us. Then she congratulate me and asking for my CV to send to her ASAP. Ok I told her.

After the conversation, I checked my E-mail and saw this IELTS (beginner, advanced and fluent) that I can download. A thought mind, I don't want to pursue my application to their company beacause I don't have time to study all of this so I immediately called their hotline and asking to cancel/reverse my payment to them.. The woman in the phone told me that she can not to that, what she can do is to hold the next bill balance which is 379 USD and forward my complaint to their financial department and they will call me within 72 hours.

At this day, Friday, July 4, 2014, Mr. GOLDMAN, (I don't know exactly spelling of his last name, that's what I have heard), and asking what is my consent, I told him I want a refund on the transaction that you have made in my debit card. He urgently told me he can't do that and I told him read your refund policy and how come you can't do anything about it and also I told him that within that day I already called your customer care and emailed you to reverse my payment. And he told me hold on a second I have a word to accounting department, few seconds he told me they can only refund 80 USD. I told him no way, I want full refund of my 380 USD. And he told me ok I will talk to the accounting department and I will call you soonest.

I can not wait for another 24 hours so I wrote this complaint in your website. Please help me in this matter. Thank you.
