An agreement was entered into for the supply of information and ongoing advice to enable successful trading to be achieved using the eBay.com platform.The coaching and mentoring products were provided in a brief,rudimentary and incomplete manner.The E-Commerce software and Trade Secrets were not delivered.Further, advice about products that should be promoted from time to time was not received.These matters go to the core of the transaction.The delay in taking this action is due to direct initiatives taken unsuccessfully to resolve the dispute.Due to the pertaining circumstances the settlement required is cancellation of the transaction and that the 2 parties be returned to the same position that existed before the agreement was entered into.
