I have requested contact from the site moderators to cancel billing after taking out a "trial" membership. In the process of doing sign up 3 payments of AU$1.66 had been taken from my account when it should only have been a single payment.
I have not received any reply from them what so ever in regard to sorting this issue out

- Along with this the billing company that oversees the payments is also very user unfriendly making chasing up payment details or changing/cancelling payments virtually impossible
