Same complaint as others I was reading. The product doesn't show up until the 14 day trail period is nearly ended or ended. There is no information in the packaging or any emails to inform the customer on how to contact the company and stop the automatic refill of the order. The webpage is also very deciving in that it states "claim your free trail offer for $4.95" they are not telling the buyer that is the shipping charge and that the company will now charge you $89.00 because you did not call an cancel before the 14 day period. IT IS TOUGH TO CANCEL A PRODUCT IN THE 14 DAY PERIOD WHEN YOU DON'T RECEIVE IT IN THE 14 DAY PERIOD. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY.
