I thought i was calling HP but somehow it got connected to techlogicusa.com and when i asked that are you hp the person name peter said yes. Also they said there were lot of infections in my computer which was not true and they charged me 249.99$ for nothing. I also got an email stating all the troubleshooting steps which they did on my computer and it was no where mentioned that they removed any infections.I will not recommend this company to anyone, They are just scammer who do not respect their job.
