I've received a phone call from netmovers.co.uk because I had to find a flat rather quickly and panicked without checking their background first. I have paid them 59.95 pounds, have not received a phone call back, claiming they will call and have send them 2 complaints, regarding the ending of the membership and demanding a full refund. Since then I haven't received anything back from them.
