Same again as the previous complaint - they dedcucted money off my account without ANY authorization from my side, and without any invoice / notification or any other communication. When you phone the call centre number: 0800992942 you get through to a lady (the same every time - as if there is only one working). There is no assistance, I have not yet received my products and it has been 21 days!!!!!! Again I was told that I had to wait another few days for delivery, of which they could not give me a answer if the products have even been posted to me.
This is totally and utterly once in a lifetime mistake I'll never make again!!! This is a SCAM!!!!!
