I agreed to a multi plan insurance policy May 13, 2014. Then, read more of the details, which were not good,and cancelled the policy on May 19. I was told I would have all my money refunded from all policies, since I had 30 days to cancel. I cancelled in 6 days. I expected a full refund, but did not receive money back on 2 of the policies. They said I had to notify each plan individually, but did not tell me that when I cancelled. Now, the life ins. and the dental-vision ins. says they won't refund. They lead me to believe it was all together as one plan with one premium each month. The life and dental-vision ins. charged premiums after I notified them to cancel.
