I ordered a "free" 14 day trial in early may. Was supposed to only pay $5.99 shipping for each product. It say bs after fourteen days they willput you on an auto ship plan. Well the day after I ordered the free trial I cancelled it beacause I read a nwarning about this company. They ignored my email regarding this when it says someone will reply within 72 hours. I assumed everything was cancelled because I didnt get a free trial. Well two weeks later there was two charges from my account each for $100.64. Then I recieved a shipment of the pills. I first emailed again. No response so I phoned. They said they would cancel it. Well they didnt again on june. 9 I was charged $112.23 twice so I was very upset. I called again the lady said she was sorry and that when the shipment comes I can phone and get direction on how to send it back for a full refund. So I recieved them today and called. The lady was very unhelpful and cranky and said there was nothing written on my file regarding anything that had happened. She said I could pay to ship them back and they would charge me $15 each restocking fee. I was very upset and asked to speak to a manager she said there was nobody above her and that this was my only ootion unless I call back and they would putme on hold. I am so angry and upset. They took a total if $423.74 plus the two shipping fees plus I have to pay to ship them back plus restocking fees and cancel my card because I assume it will keep happening if I dont. I will do everything I can to get this company to stop doing this to others
