I ordered Ralph Lauren Safari from Life-style-shop and received an email confirming the order and payment of £47.18 on March 5. When it didn't arrive I enquired and was told to allow 18 working days. Still nothing arrived and I was told they were claiming against the postal service. After several emails I was offered a 'free replacement' which I agreed to, but again nothing arrived. When I complained I was again told that they were waiting for the postal service to respond. On June 10 I demanded a refund. There has been no response. It is now 19 June - three and a half months after the order. Having read the comments on this website, I do not really want what may be a fake perfume, but I do want my money back.
