I was a victim of the company's scam as others were. I ordered the sample and then sent two boxes of the product a few days ago. I checked my accounts and no charges had been made. I then called the company and got a person whom I could barely understand and was advised that they would not cancel the charges for the product although I did not order it because I did not contact them in 12 days after using the product. I tried to explain my situation without success and she told she would make a one time exception and refund me $30.00. I finally told her I would have my lawyer contact her. In a short time I received an email informing me that the order had been cancelled and I would not be charged.
