I wanted to file 'USPS Change of address' but I went through
www.my-postal-address-change.com/usps.
They charged my credit card of $39.95.
In email, there is nowhere mentioned that change of address filed with any third party agent.
In email, you will not see any link which will take you to this site.
but they will provide you user id and password.
This is total fraud.
Now I don't know how would I get this refunded.
Update: 06/23/2014
I have received refund. I would like to withdraw my complaint. They replied in email for refunding the amount withing 3-5 days and they fulfilled it.
