i was scammed from a web site on surromomsonline.this lady sateva seals went to a fertility clinic in beverly hills cal and lied to them and gave them false information . her name is sateva sealsand she lives in fresno california and i live in georgia .

  • YOU are a lier and a murder of character! YOU had TWO surrogents working for you while in a contract with one that clearly stated you were to work with only her!! But since the other one was willing to do Home Insemination you violated the legal contract you had! And where do you get 4100.00? The medicatiion was only 2400.00 and that is something not connected to her! you should just accept the fact that God gave you an oppertunity to adopt you have him back and now are not able to ever adopt again in GA. You lied to the clinic too! and she only lied because YOU told her to because you were afraid Ca would find out about your failed adoption and not let you do surrogancy! why cant you accept things and let it go? she did everything to help you and you are in need of some help you are not mentally stable and THATS why the clinic wouldnt continue to work with you!!

  • LOS ANGELES - A former Lake Los Angeles resident must spend two years in prison for offering her unborn child to at least three prospective adoptive parents while on probation for doing the same thing six years ago.

    Sateva Seals, 25, who has been living in Merced County since being released from prison, was sentenced Monday for violating the terms of her probation, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

    Prosecutors said she pleaded guilty in 2000 to mail and wire fraud and was sentenced to 14 months in federal prison for accepting money from five couples to whom in 1997 she offered her unborn child and her year-old son.

    VALLEY ROUNDUP | Lancaster October 29, 1999|CAITLIN LIUA federal grand jury indicted a Lancaster woman on multiple fraud charges Thursday for allegedly offering her unborn child and 1-year-old son to several couples in exchange for money.

    Sateva Seals, 21, was indicted on nine counts of wire fraud and five counts of mail fraud. From August to November 1997, Seals promised three couples they could adopt her son and told two couples that they could adopt her unborn child, according to the federal grand jury indictment. She then allegedly collected thousands of dollars from the couples for her living and medical expenses.

  • I really think blackboot needs to know ALL the facts and I do believe Kenny, that the POLIECE has told YOU to stop the harrassment or YOU will be facing charges! but this is a good way to gather evidence so please by all means keep talking and racking it up so they can read it for them selves... and blackboot, why are you incognito?

  • Same story - Sateva took money, then refused to do anything for personal matters, and failed to return the money. We'll be prosecuting.

  • i was scammed from a web site on surromomsonline.this lady Missey seals/clyde Seals/sateva seals married to Nicholas Seals lied to me and said she was pregnant and wanted to give me her baby girl. On facebook she had a child, 9-7-2012 a girl 4 pounds six ounces gave me false information. This women needs to go to prison her name is Missey Bowles/Missey seals/clyde Seals/Sateva Seals/Tammy Seals married to Nicholas Bowles and she lives in fresno california. She is a liar and someone should take all seven kids she has a way from her now so she knows how awful it feels to not be able to have a child of our own.

  • Dear Wanting2BDad,
    Please read above posts and contact The U.S. Attorney. File a complaint and ask to give a statement and speak to an agent. Sateva Seals has a long documented history that is public information. I am hoping she will qualify for the three strikes law in California. She was successfully prosecuted under the Federal Rico Statutes and spent time in prison. I know this because I helped put her there. But, you MUST follow through to stop her from continuing to do this over and over to people. She damaged my life and the lives of many others with her SCAMS using her own children as pawns in illegal money-making fraud. Prosecute her. It is the only way she will be stopped. She needs to go back to prison where she belongs. Maybe then her children will have a chance at life instead of having her for a "mother." Oh by the way Sateva, I just LOVE all the references to Jesus on your Facebook--I'm sure the Lord has a special place for you...

  • Accepting money for illegal purposes across a State line is a Federal crime. This is exactly how Sateva Seals was successfully prosecuted the first time. Please contact the FBI and file a report. Please help stop her from causing more devastating pain to loving people who just want to adopt or surrogate a child. Put her in prison.
