I was first called back on March 17, 2014 by this Officer Nick Fleming saying that he was with Financial Crime Investigation Austin, TX and he gave me a case number and said that I had 1225.00 to pay or I would be arrested. I did at one time have loans with American Cash Advance but I paid those off 2 or 3 years ago. I remember because I had a agency help me to those off. Any way I was scared to death that I would get arrested, so I have been paying this person money to pay this off. What do I need to do.
