By mistake I input my card details as the site said "Good news you have been accepted" as soon i realized this i requested to cancel.
After many letters, emails, attempted phone call (impossible to get through) I finally got a reply saying I cannot be refunded until after 6 months. I quoted their own t&c's stating I had a right to cancel within 14 days but no luck. I have now just taken to spamming them on [email protected] with my ref no until i get contacted again. I advise anyone who has had money taken from these do the same. Then we are impossible to ignore.
