The company's policy for their "trial period" is ridiculous! They count the day you order as your start date and then you get the product 4 days later. This means you don't even have the product for the first 5 days of your trial period. I thought the trial began the day I received it so when I called to cancel I was 2 days late according to their policy. After several emails and phone calls they refused to refund my money for a product that did not work for me. I bought another product at the same time I ordered Nuvalift and that company (Idiolize eye serum) instantly refunded my money without question. Nuvalift managers said they were unable to give me a refund. Any company can issue a refund if they choose to do so. Do NOT order this product. They have some of the worst customer service policies of anyone I have done business with.
