Ordered the cream thinking I was getting a free trial.... They charge the full price if you don't send the jar back. Total scam! When I talk to customer service they say it's all in the terms and conditions. Definitely don't disclose all of this when ordering.

- Same thing happened to me, except I can not find a number to call customer service. Could you give me the number please? I have contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge and blocked any further charges from this company.
