I ordered the garcinia basics and basic cleanse on the 14th may 2014.
I still hadn't received the products by the 3rd of june.
after numerous emails being never replied I called the sydney office on the 4th june.
I was advised to wait another week and my products should be here.
I still haven't received my products and have been told to wait another week.
I was unaware that if you haven't cancelled your product within 2 weeks of ordering you will be charged 207.51 for the next months shipment. I was under the impression this was once you received the product.
How can you know if you still want the product if you haven't received it???
When I called to ask why I had been charged all these monies with no product I was told to keep waiting!
I am extremely unhappy with this product as I have paid all this money and am told to keep waiting!
Then if I want a refund I have to send the items back.
how can I send the products back if I don't have them!?
Oh wait yes I still have to "wait" for the products that will never come!
