On the 12/6/2014 The1loan took £58.99 from my bank account without my permission and nobody informed me of this and I did not even sign up or agree to anything so would like my money refunded but cant seem to find a way of contacting anyone to do with this company you should not be allowed to take peoples money without their permission and something should be done about it I am not happy at all because I needed that money as I have got a baby on the way and needed to buy essentials and u taking this money from my account left me with nothing so refund me my money you had no right to take it in the first place
