well i put in for a loan and i have paid money out to get this loan and now they are wanting more money they told me they have to get an engineer to activate my loan transfer i dont no if this is true or a scam.

- definitely scam, there is no easy way to get low interest loans so fast...dont loose money , ask them to take money from loan sanctioned
