I ordered $43.89 worth of merchantise, All my tomato plants were completely dead and the strawberry plants looked like were straw, no visible root system. Contacted Gardeners Collection, they were angry because I asked for a refund (the planting system for this area was already getting. They told me they don't give refunds but will resend them. I tried to tell her that it was late for planting here in the south. But they gave me no choice, so they shipped another order. When they sent this order, sometime after 5-9-14, the tomatoes were dead again, we just threw them away & went to the local Feed & Garden Store & bought some plants from them. The calendar above goes back to 6-01-14,the order was received 5-8-2014. Even though it is late, these tomatoes, the ones bought from the Feed & Garden, are thriving. But it is a shame that a company will not stand by the happiness of the customer. Will NEVER buy from them again. This is a shame when a company lies to the general public & send such trash.
