Placed an order for a Canon T3i camera package at an exceptional price "too good to be true", so I should have known. They required that I call them to confirm my order. I was on hold for over 40 min. for that call. I got an email confirming my order and I would be notified when shipped. I called 10 days later to find out the status and was on hold for 25 min, was told that it was on back order for 4-6 weeks. I would not have gotten that message unless I called. I asked them to send me a email confirming this, which I never received. I called my credit card company and reported my suspicions. My card had not been charged. So I decided to wait and see. Called them again today and was told it was still on back order. I asked them for a physical address and "Shelly" could not give me one. I told them to cancel my order and she responded okay it's done. I then called my credit card company to report it.
