I booked a hotel through Delta's web site. I should have gotten an immediate email confirmation of the transaction. I did not. I then saw a charge against my credit card from this company, with whom I had had no interaction. There was a phone number listed with the other identifying information, so I called. I found out that they handled the transaction for Delta. I disputed the amount of the debit, since it was not the same that had shown on my screen. They promised, again, to send an email confirmation listing all charges and fees. They have not. I cannot contest the amount since I don't have a copy of the reckoning. I would not use this company for any travel-related task, nor would I ever again use the Delta web site for anything other than Delta flights.
