Ordered trial for shipping of $4.95 and couple of week later was billed for $89.95. I would like a refund for the $89.95 on my credit card as that charge was not authorized by me, only the $4.95 was. My credit call was billed on May 26, 2014, I am unable to put the correct date in above.
