My problem started at 15.04.2014.
I already wrote a complaint about the company because they sent me fake sd cards (we had another agreement per email than they sent me) and after this complaint, they really contacted me.
They promised me to solve the problem and now after more than a month, since their last mail, Emily Chen, the account manager, told me to delete the comment. I will just receive my money when I will first delete my complaint. I don’t think so, that this is a serious way of acting from a serious company.

Before these two mails, I still thought, that the company is serious and sent my money back, but now my impression disappears.
