I have tried contacting this company in regards to a charge that has appeared on my credit card for the amount of $149.95. There are no reference numbers for the charge just the company name as below:
asurepay online retail Newstead.
When I go to the website and call I get a message stating that its outside of business hours…. All the time!!
I google searched the address and its a big plain blue building with no sign writing.
When I ring the answer phone directs you to another website which is based in London!!! Funny that as that is the other place that a charge appeared for the same amount with a currency conversion fee attached. with the reference of Cleanhealth8882673350 LONDON.
I havent ordered anything online with this credit card! I have now lodged a fraud claim with my back against both charges!
