I ordered the "free trial" for shipping and handling only of thier night and day skin care products and that cost me $3.95 and $4.95. I recieved the product and my account was charged. Twenty days later I was charged $193.93 for the "trial offer". I did not read that anywhere on their website, and now I can't even locate the website. At the advice of my bank I mailed their products back to them, and an filing a form with my bank showing the web page where they offer their "free" trial. Hopefully my bank will be more successful than I was. I called and was given the runaround that since I ordered the "free" trial I automatically gave them permission to charge me for the product in 15 days if I did not contact them.
