This man, calling himself a Diplomat Charles Hunt (704-557-0307) claims he was dispatched from London with funds to be delivered. He claims he wasw stopped in California and discovered he needed (at various times) huge sums to pay fees. Various terms used such as yellow tag, Inspection certificates, customs fees in thousands of dollars. At each successive payment he found the need to come up with more. When I refused or could not pay he would "supposedly" have a friend in Malaysia pay the bigger portion and deemand the balance from me. The balance were to be paid tio one Lim Sin Ying or Vanessa Edward in Kula Lumpur. There was the daily threat of confiscation if not paid and a deadline. Today he claims he is returning to London since I wasted his time by refusing to pay more. My response was I still dont even know he is in US and not sitting in a da\rk room in Abuja or Lagos. I could not find an address for Cabin Cargo Express delivery Service.
