I spoke with the "call center manger" Logan P. who is a real jerk. Claims he cannot give a refund. I guess he is only qualified to steal. I have also filed a dispute claim with my bank to see if they can get my $ back. This company needs to be shut down! Good luck to you all. What a costly lesson I learned. Hoping my bank can help.
