i needed to return 16 cartridges of one model for replacement ones. after many emails, they welcomed me to return them; i did so (with postal confirmation); they acknowledged receipt and promised the new ones to be shipped next day. nothing. when i wrote again, they claimed they had no idea what i was talking about, sending me conf. of the original larger shipment they sent back in july!! one later email claimed they were under new management. there is no phone; their emails prove they are not english speaking. in all there were 42 emails back and forth and then they just disappeared with my items!
