I am from south africa and ordered products online. The website advertised products at 550ZA and then proceeded to take 2633. 80 ZA from my account, after I realised I had been scammed I immediately phoned the fraud department at my bank and opened a dispute against them, i then called Hampton naturals to cancel the order and get a refund which they refused to do. I was then threatened that I will only get my money back once I have dropped the dispute! I will continue with the dispute and the company is being investigated as of now. I want my money back and will not stop until I get it.
