When I first purchased my PC their site was the first thing I saw, I thought I actually had to purchase the product to make my new computer safe. The thing I never used the product and after trying to remove it because I get "Rundil" errors and had a virus I was told to remove it buthave not been able to. I in effect Paid For A Product I Never Used!! And It Has Caused Problems for my PC.
Could you help me?
