I bought a pair of New Balance shoes from this website, and after waiting 2 weeks for them I received the wrong model and colour scheme. When trying to contact them on the website, the comment option did not work having tried it 6 times. Furthermore, the emails I received from '[email protected]' cannot be replied to and there is no email or phone number on the website to contact. Finally, in the box and package there is no return slip or anything. Very disappointed. Here is a copy of the email they sent me.
