I purchased a skin care product which was
said to be free and I agreed to postage of
$4.95. This was about April 30, 2014.
By May 28 when I opened my Visa bill, I was
being charged $89.97 by the same company.
I called and they said their product comes with an autoship. I asked them to cancel it immediately and give me a refund. They
gave me jive, told me to go online to get my customer service number and go online to cancel. Then he gave me a cinformation number of close of account, but wouldn't deal with the refund. The day before they
said to send a copy of my credit card bill to
them for verification that I had been charged
but didn't tell me where to send it.
Not good customer service. I may have to
notify my credit card company to withhold payment and get a new credit card number because of this.
This is NOT OK and I am disgusted by this
tricky sales approach.
