I ordered a dress from Sephoraprom.com at the end of janauary and paid 388 dollars. I paid 28 dollars for expedited shipping. I did jot recieve my dreds until almost the end of march. I purchased another dress from somewhere else because they were giving me the run around. When I finally recieved the dress I told them I would be returning it because it did not look like the picture and it took to long I already had another dress. They said send it back and they would refund ny money. I sent it back and paid 80 dollars for shipping. When the dress got to customs they refused to pay the taxes so I emailed them and they guaranteed they would send my money back of I paid the taxes. That was another 180 dollars. They received my dress april 6th and i have not heard from them still and I have not received my money. They always respond when I use another email address but when I email from mine they don't answer. As soon as they realize its me they stop emailing me back. I want everyone to know not to order from them. Its a scam. They steal your money, they don't answer your emails. I paid western Union because they said it was easier for them but they are not giving me my refund. They also asked for my debit card number so they could refund my money and then never responded. I don't know what they plan on doing with it, so I am closing the account. Its all a scam. I just want my money.
